A Traditional Christmas Party for a Blue Chip Recruitment Company

Our client selected the fabulous marquee at Chelsea Hospital Gardens on Embankment London for their annual Christmas party. We were briefed to sparkle it up with a contemporary twist on the traditional winter wonderland theme and provide a night of fabulous dining, entertainment and oodles of Christmas Party ambiance.

The marquee was adorned with a beautiful black starlit ceiling, sparkling black Christmas trees decorated each table and were pin spotted for further effect, blue up lighters shone on our icicles and snowflakes throughout and our chill out area was a snow grotto dressed with snow effect Christmas trees against a white backdrop and cool seating area.

Our client’s logo was projected onto the outside apex of the marquee and guests were welcomed along a candle lit walkway to a refreshing winter cocktail. After the CEO had welcomed the guests they were directed along an up lit walkway into the main arena for a fabulous venue reveal using a haze machine, lighting and music.

The food was a mix of traditional, hearty and contemporary served in bowls as guests mingled or checked out the casino and giant Scalextric. Our magnificent magician amazed guests with his close up hand magic tricks and the disco was popular all night as guests danced into the early hours.
