Lexmark Wireless Printers Launch
 Lexmark were the first company to launch the innovative technology of wireless printing to the market and were keen to stage an event to inform and impact both the prospective buyers and trade press who were invited to attend. After a lengthy pitching process Red Lolly event management was contracted to run this prestigious event.
The venue selected was The Delfina, a prestigious venue in Central London well known for its raw and empty, completely white event space. Working with Lexmark’s marketing company we created using production, props, silhouettes of props and staging areas from any typical home to demonstrate how wireless printing could fit into modern day life.
To ensure the guests attending were not only informed but also entertained there was a fabulous atmosphere created by great lighting, a live jazz band and plenty of food and Champagne.
Lexmark’s directors were also given a platform to give a state of the art presentation to further impress while guests could inspect and enquire about the new printers displayed on specially produced plinths in the demonstration area created.
Everything from the venue design interior, the seating, the floral displays and the entrance into the venue was produced to reflect the Lexmark wireless logo and freedom concept.
The event was part of a much larger marketing strategy and was a great success.
