Wedded Bliss..
We managed the wedding reception for our client at a luxury hotel in the Midlands coordinating all aspects of the day once the important ceremony had taken place.
Our event manager’s key role was to take the stress of setting up the venue and then briefing and managing the various suppliers such as florist, photographers, band, caterers and venue staff away from the bride and groom. This wedding planning process started months before the day of the event where most of the work is done to ensure everyone on the team is clear what to do on the day.
Our event manager was present from set up early in the morning until the last dance was done and the venue was cleared ensuring at every step of the way our client’s expectations were met and best intentions always made by the venue staff and various other suppliers on the day.
